What We Do

Most firms hear the same pitch about AI: buy the platform, cut the headcount, book the savings. It is a bad trade. The savings are one-time and the knowledge that walks out the door took twenty years to build and cannot be bought back.

We work the other way around. The people who have been doing the job are the ones who know what the job actually is, so they are where we start. What we automate is the part of their day that uses none of that — the retyping, the rekeying, the lookups, the copying between two windows that never learned to talk.

The result is a firm that does more with the staff it already has, and a staff whose work is harder to replace afterward than it was before. That is the whole argument. We have built it for ourselves: DAISI, our own product, exists because we did this for plumbing rep firms first.

Technology should make the people in a building more valuable, not redundant. If a project cannot clear that bar, we will say so.

We build it around your staff, not over them

The tools answer to the people using them. Your team stays the judgment in the loop, because that judgment is the part of the business worth protecting.

We hand it over and teach it

Your people run it without us. If an engagement ends with a system only we understand, we have made your firm more fragile, not less.
